Graeme spent 34 years with Australian mining major BHP performing General Manager roles before serving as President Iron Ore between 1999 and 2005.

Paul is a metallurgist with over 35 years’ experience across the mining and metals industry. Paul spent 23 years with Rio Tinto in various operational, technological and business development roles and has since led mining companies as CEO or Managing Director.

Matthew is a mining engineer with over 40 years’ of commercial and mining experience in both national and international jurisdictions.

Shane is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years accounting and financial experience.

Jason has more than 25 years’ experience across the entire mining value chain. His expertise covers mineral processing, mine management, business improvement, operational readiness, technology, commissioning, project management, sales and marketing, asset management, risk management and business strategy.
